Glan Clwyd dialysis unit seeks an experienced haemodialysis nurse to provide evidence-based care for patients on haemodialysis, haemofiltration or plasma exchange. You will educate, supervise staff and assist with ward-based dialysis service development under minimal supervision.
The role requires collaboration with medical teams, on-call participation and workload management for the renal ward. Welsh language ability is desirable and both Welsh and English speakers are welcome to apply.
