An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Pre‑Operative Assessment (POA) team at YGC. The Band 6 role involves working within a well‑established team, supported by a wider multidisciplinary team (MDT), to deliver high‑quality patient care.
Main Duties
- To assess, optimise, and prepare patients prior to surgery, ensuring they are fit for anaesthesia and the planned procedure while minimising risks and reducing avoidable cancellations.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
