The Discharge Unit at Glan Clwyd Hospital is seeking a Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager to support the Ward Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care in a fast-paced discharge environment.
You will lead the nursing team, ensure timely patient discharge, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient flow, governance and outcomes. This fixed-term post runs until 31 March 2027 and requires current staff transfer permissions.
