Glan Clwyd Hospital in Wales is seeking a Home Therapies Specialist Nurse to lead home haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis care. You will train, educate and supervise patients, and manage a caseload with specialist assessments and clinical monitoring both in the Renal Unit and at patients’ homes.
You will work within a motivated renal team, supported by joint consultant nephrologist and nurse-led clinics, to ensure safe, effective treatment delivery and patient-centred care.
