The Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist will join the Cardiac Rehabilitation service as the Exercise Lead, delivering cardiac rehab interventions in Conwy and Denbighshire with travel across the counties.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and promote independence.
Applicants should have substantial cardiology/cardio rehab experience and strong leadership to develop the service and educate staff. Welsh language is desirable but not required.
