- Nurse Practitioners by undertaking a modular approach to attain the clinical skills required.
Main Responsibilities
The successful applicants will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to provide clinically effective care within the District Nurse Team. You must be able to travel between patients’ homes both within towns and rural areas in a timely manner. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse or within 2 months of gaining PIN.
- Knowledge of Primary Care.
- Working towards diploma or degree.
- Previous community experience.
