We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to manage day‑to‑day administration within the Urgent Primary Care Centre (UPCC) across Wrexham and Flintshire. The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and be able to engage with colleagues at all levels to provide an efficient, comprehensive administrative service to senior staff.
Main Duties
- Undertake any secretarial and clerical duties required by the Senior Leadership Team, including non‑clinical administrative tasks as requested.
- Provide proficient IT support, using Microsoft Office for a variety of administrative duties and data input.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and deal with clinicians, practice managers, health board managers and other staff with courtesy and discretion.
- Resolve patient queries efficiently, exercising professional judgement within regulatory boundaries.
Speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
