Job Overview
The overall purpose of the job is to work as part of a team and be committed to providing the best quality catering service to patients and staff within the Trust.
Main Duties
Department working hours are predominantly between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, with some weekend work and various shift patterns including early and late shifts as required. Hours worked on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays will be paid at a higher rate.
You will work within the kitchen and serve food at ward level. Good communication skills, flexibility, initiative and the ability to work independently are required.
Applicants must hold a current Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, or be willing to work towards obtaining it. Catering experience is essential.
Welsh language skills are desirable; Welsh or English speakers are welcome to apply.
