Overview

The Primary Care and Community Directorate is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to provide administration support for the Accelerated Cluster Development (ACD) programme and partner teams across East (Wrexham and Flintshire).

The role involves working closely with Area Management Teams and various clusters to enable integrated, place‑based working for local people and communities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical, administrative and secretarial support to Pan Cluster Planning Groups (PCPGs), Clusters and primary‑care independent contractor Professional Collaboratives.
  • Work across the health and social care partnership (primary care, community health, and social care).
  • Resolve queries promptly within professional constraints, exercising independent judgement.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to engage with colleagues and partners at all levels.
  • Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable: ability to speak Welsh. Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
  • Location

East (Wrexham and Flintshire), North Wales.
