An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Registered Learning Disability Nurse in Bryn Y Neuadd Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessments and treatments of patients including risk assessment, care and treatment plans, specific health interventions using evidence-based treatments and health promotion. The post holder will be based working shifts with patients inclusive of unsociable hours. They will use effective communication to keep patients involved in treatment and service contact, and to be responsible for service development and improvement.
