We are looking for an organised and proactive Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the Primary and Community Care Academy. This is a key role responsible for delivering high-quality administration, training programme coordination, system maintenance and data management and analysis, ensuring that the Academy operates efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with colleagues within the team, as well as a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Main duties of the job:
- Providing accurate and prompt administrative support
- Managing the training and education process including bookings and attendance
- Coordinating content for the Academy’s social media pages
- Managing the Academy inbox
- Data entry and analysis
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications And/Or Knowledge
- Educated in English and maths to GCSE standard (A -C) or equivalent
- NVQ Level 4 in Administration or equivalent/experience
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years previous NHS experience in a Higher Clerical, secretarial or supervisory role
- Excellent administration /organisational and time management skills
- Excellent presentation and accuracy of work
Aptitude And Abilities
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to master new applications
- Able to use own initiative and judgement to analyse and resolve complex problems
