BCUHB Ysbyty Gwynedd Home Dialysis team in Bangor & Alltwen are seeking a specialist nurse to train and supervise patients at home, delivering high-quality care for home haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
You will work within the Renal Unit MDT, assess fluid status, dialysis adequacy, monitor equipment and blood results, and support patients at home with their treatment programmes.
Welsh language ability is desirable.
