An opportunity has arisen for an experienced or novice registered nurse to join our nursing team working within Holywell Community hospital. The successful candidate will join a supportive team and must have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to work in a busy demanding environment and be able to deliver work of a high standard.
Main duties of the job include:
- Looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who has experience of dementia care and is keen to assist in developing the service for the future.
- This is a demanding role that requires commitment and a positive approach towards change.
- You will have excellent communication skills and high clinical standards with a passion to make a difference for patients and staff alike.
