An exciting opportunity to join the Care of the Elderly team (Ffynnon Ward A) at Holywell Community Hospital. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience of dementia care, who is keen to support patients during their stay in hospital and to develop the service for the future.
Responsibilities
- Support dementia patients during their stay in hospital.
- Demonstrate care and compassion for patients with delirium.
- Develop skills and ensure a high standard of care is delivered.
- Assist in developing the dementia care service for the future.
Qualifications
- Experience in dementia care.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to delivering the highest standards of care in a demanding environment.
- Ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome.
