The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.

To assist registered nurses/practitioners to deliver based care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient, their family and carers. Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the supervision of a registered nurse for the period of the shift.

Qualifications:

  • Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Level 2 in health and social care or equivalent experience.

  • Completion of all Wales Induction Framework.
  • Previous clinical experience.

Experience:

  • Experience required to fulfil the requirements of the post.
  • Experience of dealing with the public.
