An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Service Administrator to join our Pharmacy team based at Ysbyty Bangor.

In this key role you will support the day-to-day operational and administrative functions across pharmacy education services. Working under the guidance of pharmacy education leads, you will help maintain efficient office systems and contribute to cohesive and supportive administrative functions. The successful candidate will support the pharmacy education team, and the teams they manage with secretarial and administration tasks and will be a point of contact for staff within the service for administrative queries.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, the ability to prioritise competing deadlines with minimal supervision and a commitment to handling confidential information appropriately.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
