Job overview: This post is fixed term/secondment until 19/06/27 due to maternity cover. A part time vacancy has become available for a Health Care Support Worker on Gladstone Ward in Deeside Community Hospital. Our aim is to provide quality, planned care for the patients. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of nurses responsible for providing, maintaining and coordinating a high standard of planned holistic care and nursing treatments, under the indirect supervision of the nurse in charge of the Ward.

Advert: To assist registered nurses/practitioners to deliver based care to patients/clients, working in partnership with other health care professionals, the patient, their family and carers. Deliver patient care as documented in the nursing care plan. Carry out a wide range of duties under the supervision of a registered nurse for the period of the shift. Supporting clients/service users in maintaining their health and wellbeing. Undertaking specified and delegated clinical and therapeutic activities. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
