Requirements:

Training and Support:
- Working alongside experienced staff to support you and help gain the practical skills you need.
- Learning job‑specific skills.
- Training to achieve a Level 2 Business Administration Vocational Qualification within two years of commencement.
- All of your training will be paid for in full.
- A great experience of working as part of a team, making a real difference.
Eligibility:
- Individuals who already hold a degree are not eligible to undertake a Level 2 Apprenticeship.
- Applicants cannot be currently enrolled in any form of formal, government‑funded education.
- Applicants must not already hold a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration.
Main Duties:
- Business Administration Apprentices will work toward the duties outlined in the main Job Description.
- They will not be expected to carry out the full range of responsibilities until they have received the appropriate training and demonstrated the necessary competence.
- Understand the role and willingness to learn and develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
- GCSE Math and English Grade C / 4 or above or equivalent.
- Willingness to undertake and achieve the Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship Framework.
Skills and Attributes:
- Good Communication Skills – verbal and written, with the ability to convey information professionally.
- Organisational Skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload efficiently.
- Ability to use technology to undertake the role for example Microsoft Office, email, Teams.
