Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment interventions for individuals who misuse substances, including risk assessment, substance use, social care and psychological effects.
- Work autonomously in community settings, including service users' homes.
- Manage caseload and support individuals through their treatment within the service.
- Develop and continuously evaluate treatment programmes appropriate for service users.
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge and experience of substance misuse interventions and treatment.
- Effective communication skills to engage, motivate and maintain service users in contact with services.
- Experience working with both alcohol and drug misuse service users.
- Welsh language desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
