Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a pharmacist to join the front door admissions team within the Emergency Department, Same Day Emergency Care, Medical Admissions and Surgical Admissions wards at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
You will provide expert clinical pharmacy input from entry into hospital care through to transition back to the community, supported by mentorship from advanced and consultant pharmacists and opportunities to pursue advanced credentialing.
