Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (North Wales) is seeking a Ward Manager to support daily ward operations, lead clinical and nurse management in the absence of the Ward Manager, and promote patient-centred care in line with Health Board policies and NMC guidelines.
The role includes supervising junior staff, developing care plans within a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to staff education. Welsh language ability is desirable but not mandatory.
