We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Arrhythmia Specialist Nurse to join our Cardiology Team in delivering an arrhythmia service across outpatient clinics and the acute hospital setting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced cardiovascular nurse to lead and develop specialist arrhythmia services, providing expert assessment, management, education, and support for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders.

Main duties of the job
- Provide specialist nursing care for patients with arrhythmias across outpatient and emergency care settings.
- Deliver and coordinate arrhythmia clinics, including assessment, diagnosis support, treatment planning and follow-up.
- Act as a specialist resource for patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support acute admissions and timely review of patients presenting with arrhythmia-related conditions.
- Facilitate care pathways for cardioversion.
- Lead patient education initiatives promoting self-management and treatment adherence.
- Contribute to service development, audit, quality improvement, education and research activities.

Please ensure you have asked your manager before applying for this role. You will be based in Ysbyty Gwynedd, but will be required to attend outpatient clinics in Llandudno, as your role progresses.

- Advanced Life Support provider
