Trinity C of E School is seeking an enthusiasticand dynamic Head of Technology andCEIAG Lead to provide strategic leadership across our Technologycurriculum and oversee the development and delivery of our Careers Education,Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) provision.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who ispassionate about high-quality teaching and learning, student achievement andensuring that every young person is equipped with the knowledge, skills andexperiences they need to succeed in their future education, employment andcareer pathways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum andDepartmental Leadership: Providestrategic direction and high standards across Product Design, Food & Nutrition, and Health & Social Care,supporting colleagues to deliver consistently high-quality teaching, learningand assessment.
  • StudentAchievement: Monitor and evaluate student performance data across all keystages, identifying priorities and implementing effective interventions tosecure strong progress and excellent outcomes, including external examinations.
  • CEIAG Leadership: Lead anddevelop a comprehensive, inclusive careers programme, ensuring the schoolcontinues to meet the GatsbyBenchmarks and maintains the Quality in Careers Standard.
  • ExternalPartnerships and Stakeholder Engagement: Developeffective relationships with external agencies and partners, including Prospects and Shaw Trust, tocoordinate work experience, service-level agreements and destinations data.Work closely with SEND colleagues and careers advisers to ensure studentsreceive appropriate individual guidance and support, including annual reviews.
  • Wider SchoolLeadership: Contribute positively to the wider leadership and development ofthe school, supporting our distinctive Christian ethos, values and community life.
