Female only Part-Time post 28 Hours per week. £12.71 per hour. Joining bonus £500 (T&C's £250 on completion of onboarding, £250 on completion of 6 months probation).

We have an exciting opportunity within our Whitchurch Outreach team for a Female Support Worker who shares Bethphage's values and is passionate about helping others live fulfilling, independent lives. In this role, you will support two individuals with Autism and ADHD who also require mental health support. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support with all aspects of daily living, while promoting independence and empowering each person to engage in the community activities of their choice.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is committed, empathetic, caring and compassionate. You should be able to remain calm under pressure, work effectively as part of a team, and be confident using IT when completing records. Personal Care is required in this service.

About You:

Essential Requirements:

  • Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle
  • Passionate about supporting people to live a happy and fulfilled life
  • Support people to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Good communication skills and able to listen
  • Be patient
  • Promote independence and daily living skills
  • Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
  • Be able to work using their own initiative

Desirable Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support
