The predicted salary is between 29214 - 29214 £ per year.
37.5 hours admin per week Hybrid working, with some direct support to cover shifts and on call duties. Full-time salary £29,214 per annum. This is a peripatetic role, offering the opportunity to work across any of Bethphage's existing or future services. As the position is primarily administrative remotely, there may be occasions when direct support is required to meet service needs.
Working closely with the Roving Service Manager, you will support the day-to-day management and operation of the Roving Support Team, helping to ensure services run smoothly and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, quality, and compliance in line with Bethphage's policies and procedures, and will participate in the on-call rota as required. This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for someone who is flexible, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality support that enhances the lives of the people we support. It offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a diverse and highly skilled team, gaining valuable experience across a range of services while contributing to the development of outstanding care and support.

- Essential Requirements:
- Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle.
- Passionate about supporting people to live a happy and fulfilled life.
- Support people to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Good communication skills and able to listen.
- Organised and methodical working approach.
- Health & Social care level 3.
- Good IT knowledge/skills/systems.
- Be able to work using their own initiative and without constant supervision.
- Desirable Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support.
