Full-time position 37.5 hours per week • £12.30 per hour

Role Summary

We’re pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Rota Administrator.

As a Rota Administrator you will aid with scheduling responsibilities, particularly for our South Shropshire rotas. You will support all teams with processing timesheets efficiently. The ideal candidate will be IT literate, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications - especially Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling responsibilities for South Shropshire rotas
  • Support all teams with processing timesheets efficiently
  • Work independently and demonstrate initiative; problem-solve effectively
  • Assist in rostering tasks and provide accurate administrative support

Qualifications

  • Essential Requirements:
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to listen
  • Good IT knowledge/skills/systems

About You

This is a hybrid position, so a suitable home working setup will be required.

While experience in staff rostering is desirable, full training will be provided. You should be confident working independently, be able to problem-solve effectively, and demonstrate initiative. We’re looking for a team player with a professional, approachable and friendly personality.
