Casual work as and when required with a variable working pattern to meet the needs of the service. Work will include weekends/evenings where needed.
We are looking for someone who shares Bethphage's values, has good people skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including those we support, their family members, and members of the public.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience with animals or a farm setting. We are looking for a team player, flexible to work as and when required at our new site in Chelmarsh. This is ideal for someone that enjoys a rewarding and varied role; every day is different!
The job role will involve supporting individuals with learning disabilities with a range of farming and horticultural tasks, working effectively within the team, and supporting with transport which requires confidence in driving a minibus in rural locations. Confidence in an educational setting would also be desirable.
We are looking for someone with a mix of practical skills who is also familiar with technology. Experience working to high standards of health and safety and infection control policies and procedures is crucial. It is a unique role, and you must be willing to get your hands dirty!
This role will require the completion of some essential training to support the work and it will require a DBS (paid by Bethphage).

- Essential Requirements:
- Maths & English Level 2 Minimum requirement
- Good understanding of IT
- Willing to complete a DBS
- UK Manual Driving Licence (to include minibus)
- HSC Level 2 Diploma or similar
- Farming/agricultural/horticultural experience highly desirable
- Qualifications within Health and Social Care
- Qualifications such as trailer licence and working with machinery
