We have an exciting opportunity within our Whitchurch Outreach team for a Female Support Worker who shares Bethphage's values and is passionate about helping others live fulfilling, independent lives. In this role, you will support two individuals with Autism and ADHD who also require mental health support. You will provide high-quality, person-centred support with all aspects of daily living, while promoting independence and empowering each person to engage in the community activities of their choice. Personal Care is required in this service.

Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle. Passionate about supporting people to live a happy and fulfilled life. Support people to achieve their goals and aspirations. Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support.
