Part-time Support Worker, 14 hours per week over 2 days between Monday - Friday. The post holder needs to be flexible as these days are not set.

We are looking for someone who shares Bethphage's values, has good people skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including those we support and their family members, as well as members of the public. The successful candidate will ideally have experience with animals or a farm setting.
The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a range of farming and horticultural activities. You will also work collaboratively as part of a team and assist with transport duties. Confidence in an educational setting would be desirable.
Essential Requirements:
- Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle
- Maths and English Level two and above
- Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
- Good communication skills and actively listen
Desirable Requirements:
- HSC Level 2 Diploma or similar
- Farming/agricultural/horticultural experience
- Qualification within Health and Social Care
- Qualifications such as trailer license and working with machinery
