We are looking for someone who shares Bethphage's values, has good people skills, and can communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including those we support and their families.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience with animals or a farm setting. We are looking for a team player to join us for 2 days a week at our site in Chelmarsh. You will need to be available to fill the contracted hours over 2 flexible days between Monday and Friday.

The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities in farming and horticultural activities, working collaboratively as part of a team, and assisting with transport duties. Confidence in an educational setting would be desirable.

Essential Requirements:

  • Driver with UK manual licence for at least 1 year and own vehicle
  • Maths and English Level two and above
  • Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
  • Good communication skills and active listening

Desirable Requirements:

  • HSC Level 2 Diploma or similar
  • Farming/agricultural/horticultural experience
  • Qualification within Health and Social Care
  • Qualifications such as trailer license and working with machinery
