Relief Support Worker; £11.50 per hour. We are looking for someone who shares Bethphage’s values, has great people skills. You will have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including people we support and their family as well as members of the public. The successful candidate will ideally have experience with animals and/or a farm setting. You will need to be a team player, adaptable to work across both sites initially until Dec 2024, then primarily Blossom Barnes. This position is for you, if you wish for a rewarding and varied role. Everyday is different! You will be involved supporting individuals with learning disabilities, with a range of farm and horticultural tasks. You will work effectively within the team, help out with transport, which requires the confidence in driving a minibus in rural locations. Having experience in an educational setting would be desirable. We are looking for someone with a mix of practical skills, but also familiar with technology. Experience working to high standards of Health & Safety and Infection Control policies/procedures is crucial. This is a unique role and you have to be willing to get your hands dirty!
