At Bethphage, we're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive In-house Recruitment Coordinator to help attract exceptional individuals who share our values and commitment. Key responsibilities as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will;

• Demonstrate and champion Bethphage's values as the first point of contact for prospective candidates.
• Promote Bethphage as an employer of choice at external events (Careers events, schools, colleges, DWP)
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract talented Support Workers and other key roles across the organisation
• Create captivating job adverts for job boards, social media and other recruitment xgikmsk channels
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and agencies, ensuring an excellent experience
• Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to maintain a positive recruitment process
• Produce information for the board, maintain accurate tracking and recruitment statistics
• Ensure all processes are cost effective
• Provide administrative support to HR team and wider organisation
