We are now looking for an engaging, proactive Quality Advisor to join our expanding Quality team and support the delivery of high standards across our live construction projects.
As our Quality Advisor, you’ll play a key role in promoting and embedding good quality practices on site. Working closely with project teams, you will:
- Provide practical quality support and guidance across a portfolio of live construction projects
- Carry out internal audits in line with ISO 9001 and company procedures
- Support site teams with quality documentation, inspection processes and handover requirements
- Identify nonconformances, weak processes and areas for improvement—and help drive robust corrective actions
- Help ensure compliance with our HSQE Management System and contribute to continual improvement
- Act as a trusted, quality focused point of contact for clients and supply chain stakeholders
This is a hands on, site focused role where you’ll help shape quality culture, support right first time delivery, and help maintain our reputation for excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor (essential)
- Experience in civil engineering / infrastructure
- Knowledge of National Highways Sector Schemes is desirable but can be developed within the role
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to influence, build relationships and drive improvement
- Full UK driving licence
