The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 £ per year.

To take responsibility for the overall performance (including Commercially) of Industrial and Commercial projects. The performance outcomes being principally; Excellent health and safety standards, programme achievement, high quality of standards and profit responsibility. To work collaboratively with the design team, Planning team, operatives, and other professionals to support the performance of each project.

Principal accountabilities

  • SAFETY
  • Ensure Health and Safety is at the forefront of you and your staff / Operatives mind when undertaking any task both on and off site.
  • Always ensure all the sites are adequately/ effectively barriered off and safe.
  • Ensure all Method Statements, Risk Assessments and CDM packs are always on site and all Teams have copies of them ensuring they comply and ensuring you make the teams aware of any changes.
  • To ensure Audits are completed by you and your Supervisors monthly in line with Company procedure.
  • Carry out safety inspections (at least 2 per month) implementing corrective actions where applicable and ensuring standards are being adhered to.
  • Ensure we complete 12 TBT per annum (1 per month) and report to the HSQE department in a timely manner.
  • Take a proactive stance ensuring Utility strikes are kept to an absolute minimum, investigating each incident with the HSQE department and trends to allow us to identify areas of improvement.
  • Ensure all incidents are investigated thoroughly.
