Bethany Blues is looking for an energetic and experienced Full-Time Hourly Floor Manager to join our team across both our Lewes and Downtown Rehoboth Beach locations. If you’re passionate about hospitality, have a strong leadership presence, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!
What We’re Looking For:
- We’re seeking a flexible and motivated manager who can handle the challenges of managing multiple locations.
- This position will require overseeing both lunch and dinner shifts, and we’re looking for someone who can handle a dynamic schedule with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead front-of-house staff across both locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns or issues.
- Coordinate and manage daily floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests and staff.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
- Train, develop, and motivate front-of-house team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a management role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Flexibility to work at both Lewes and Rehoboth locations.
