Job Summary:
BILH Primary Care offers a role where you can truly make a difference. As a frontline representative, you will exercise the highest standards of customer service in all interactions with patients and staff.
This position serves as the first impression of the office and significantly influences the care of our patients while setting a positive tone for their experience. Key responsibilities include phone interactions, registration, scheduling, co-pay collection and billing, and appointment confirmation calls. Your role is vital to ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: High School Degree or GED
- Experience: At least 1 year in a high-volume customer service role
- Skills: Strong customer service, PC proficiency, effective communication, multitasking abilities
