Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has a new Special Procedures Tech opening on our Radiology Team. Be part of the mission to deliver exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital. In this role, you will contribute to the Hospital's mission by assisting radiologists with interventional procedures, requiring sterile technique, to produce specialized imaging. This position will have an impact on quality, safety and the patient experience in both the capacity of assisting with special procedures and performing radiologic exams.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Education:
- Required: Completed accredited Radiology Technology Program
- Preferred: Associates Degree in Radiology Technology
- Experience:
- Required: At least one year's experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Other Skills/Knowledge:
- Required: For safety and quality reasons, must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors and fellow members of the hospital team
- Required: Must be American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) registered. Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license or registry eligible. American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
