As a Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Float Pool Team, you will be responsible for the following:
- Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patients' progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
- Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
