Available Shifts:
- 36 hours/week | Nights (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), every other weekend and holiday
- 32 hours/week | Nights (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), every other weekend and holiday
- 24 hours/week | Nights (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), every other weekend and holiday
We’re seeking dedicated RNs with backgrounds in Med/Surg, acute care, sub-acute care, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities. If you have at least one year of nursing experience and a passion for providing high-quality patient care, we invite you to explore our openings.
About Our Units:
- 3 South: 34-bed Med/Surg Telemetry Unit focusing on orthopedic and bariatric patients.
- 2 East: 49-bed Med/Surg Telemetry Unit caring for adults with a wide range of acute conditions and comorbidities.
- 3 East: 29-bed Med/Surg Telemetry Unit specializing in cardiac and medical patients needing telemetry monitoring and education.
- Clinical Decision Unit (CDU): 25-bed observation unit for short-term stays and patient assessments.
- Med Surg Tele Float: Provides care across all Med/Surg Telemetry floors.

Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (Med/Surg preferred)
- Current telemetry experience or ability to pass competency exam within 90 days
- AHA BLS certification
Preferred:
- BSN, ACLS certification, Charge Nurse experience
As with all job assignments, staff may be floated to areas where they are needed.
Preference will be given, by seniority, to those qualified nurses who were serially displaced within the 18 months following his/her displacement according to MNA contract section 9.4 (f)(1).

Pay Range: $36.41 - $74.59. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
