The Building Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors, assisting the Building Manager with reception duties, and maintaining the area's presentation and functionality. This role is for 24 hours per week, over three days (Monday to Friday), 9:00-17:30.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service within the building
  • Be the first point of contact for visitors and customers
  • Support events and meetings
  • Manage meeting rooms and tenant lounge, maintaining high standards and light cleaning
  • Facilitate connections among customers
  • Take ownership of building issues
  • Manage and assign posts to tenants
