The Cyber Security Analyst is primarily responsible for protecting the Betfred network and systems from Internet based cyber-attacks. This involves:
- Performing threat intelligence and research on upcoming IT trends.
- Creating contingency plans.
- Administering the business's cyber.
- Ensuring that the SIEM tool is logging all available assets and tuning alerts to reduce false positives and to highlight new or additional IOC’s where available.
- Testing the compliance and effectiveness of security controls.
- Ensuring the business is regularly monitoring all assets for vulnerability identification and remediation.
Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of current and new IT security technologies, breaches, and trends.
- Experience of working with IT Service Management tools.
- Experience working in the gaming/betting space or similar sector.
- Knowledge of OWASP, Application Security and the principles of Secure Coding.
- Experience as a Security/Network Administrator or equivalent knowledge.
