Job Purpose

TheAutomationJunior Developer will support the design, development, and optimisation of business applications and processes to drive efficiency and innovation. Working across multiple low code/no code technologies, such as UiPath, Halo and Microsoft, this role will focus on building andmaintainingsolutions that meet business needs. The Junior Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to configure, administer, and continuously improve systems, while gaining hands‑on experience and developing technicalexpertisein automation and digital transformation to deliver measurable business improvements.

Job Duties

  • Support Senior Developers in designing andmaintainingmodern business solutions and automation workflows using UiPath, Halo CRM and Microsoft Power Platform to replace outdated processes, streamline operations, and improve efficiency across theorganisation.
  • Carry out straightforward build,configurationand test tasks with progressively increasing responsibility as skills develop.
  • Assistinmaintainingexisting solutions throughout their lifecycle, resolving defects and escalating issues to ensure reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
  • Understand existing processes, businessrequirementsand KPIs to build effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with other Business Automations Developer to contribute to project delivery, solution design, and innovation initiatives.
  • Document processes and solutions clearly and accurately to support knowledge sharing, compliance, and future development.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking mindset to break business processes into sequential steps.
  • Demonstrable interest in automation, softwareengineeringor process improvement.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Willingto learn new skills and new software applications.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, contributing to a wider team.

Desirable

  • Exposure toUiPath,HaloCRM, Microsoft Power Platform or other low code/no code tools.
  • Understanding ofthe betting and gaming industry.
  • A relevant IT qualification.
