Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking an HR Advisor to join our dynamic Human Resources team in providing colleague relations support to our Shops and Head Offices. You’ll ensure people processes adhere to legislation and deliver exceptional service, handling a range of cases with a deep understanding of colleague relations issues.
You will work with Regional Managers, HR Advisors, and Head Office staff, maintaining workloads, preparing disciplinary/grievance letters, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
