Permanent. As the Digital Channels Manager, you will support the Head of Digital Communications Technology & Platforms in the delivery, optimisation and measurement of Flutter's internal and external digital channels.
Location – London/Leeds/Dublin/Cluj Hybrid - 2 days per week (Dublin only)

What You'll Do:
- Support the day-to-day operation and optimisation of digital channels (intranet, corporate website, social media platforms and email communications tools).
- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to support CMS maintenance, UX/UI improvements and ongoing platform enhancements.
- Monitor platform performance and user engagement across digital touchpoints, coordinating updates, routine maintenance and issue resolution.
- Support the ongoing development of the digital communications roadmap by contributing operational insight, performance data and emerging best practice.
- Support data-driven decision making by analysing user behaviour, engagement and performance across web, intranet, email and social channels.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting views to track digital communications performance, identify trends and highlight optimisation opportunities.
- Support the delivery of digital initiatives and transformation projects, coordinating activity across internal teams, agencies and vendors.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation across digital platforms, delivery activity and decisions using agreed tools and templates.
- Creation of user guides, best-practice documentation and platform standards.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to team members, support adherence to Group Tech, security and compliance requirements across digital channels.
How You'll Do It:
- Highly organised and analytical with experience working across internal and digital communications channels and platforms within a complex organisation.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and web technologies. Understanding of content modelling, publishing workflows and environment management.
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) with sufficient technical literacy to diagnose issues, support troubleshooting and coordinate delivery across digital platforms.
- Familiarity with event-based tracking concepts and how user interactions are measured across digital platforms.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, development, testing, release and post-release support, with the ability to work effectively with development teams and agencies throughout.
- Understanding of user-centred design principles, with the ability to assess usability and interaction patterns, translate design intent into practical platform implementation, and provide clear recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinating internal teams, agencies and vendors to deliver work on time and to agreed scope.
- Advanced skills in Confluence, Jira or similar software.
- High-level understanding of identity and access management concepts (e.g. SSO, Okta or equivalents), with basic awareness of SCIM-based provisioning.
- Working understanding of cyber security fundamentals and awareness of security review, compliance and remediation processes.
- Demonstrable curiosity and passion for AI and other emerging digital technologies, with an active interest in staying up to date with industry trends.
