Flutter UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Governance Manager to oversee ER governance, policy management and reporting across the business. The role, reporting to the Employee Relations Lead, will ensure compliant, efficient people practices and act as a link to Legal, HR Compliance and other HR teams. This is a 12-month FTC.
You will support ER casework as required, coordinate policy reviews, and drive improvements to ER processes, governance and tooling.
