Change Manager We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organisation and People Change Manager to play a critical role in the final year of our global finance transformation. You will be focused on delivering change activities to support our people through the transformation ensuring that the business/function is fully prepared and equipped to adopt and embrace the programme successfully. This role is a 9 month fixed term contract. What you’ll do: Help develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption Lead training and knowledge transfer plans for your workstreams, working independently to have deliverables ready for review by the Org you don't have to meet all the requirements listed to apply for this role.
