Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and develop the conveyancing team. Drive motivation, workflow and seamless service delivery.
• Assist with compliance and risk.
• Manage deadlines and guide the team in effective prioritisation.
• Report into the directors.

About you:

• You're a licensed conveyancer, legal executive or solicitor.
• You have 5 years PQE in conveyancing.
• You have managed teams.
