What You’ll Be Doing:

- Championing customer feedback – Spot patterns, report insights, and help shape product improvements.
- Collaborating across teams – Work closely with the Customer Success and Technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Supporting a seamless onboarding experience – Assist with documentation, invoicing, and setting up direct debits for new clients.
