HDR Breach Of Contract Fee Earner/Litigator

📍Location: Manchester or Liverpool

💲Salary: £31,000-£41,000

Position Overview:

Work with our esteemed client in either their Liverpool/Manchester office! We are looking for people who are experienced dealing with breach of contract issues, ideally within HDR.

Your responsibilities:

👩 ⚖️Liaising and reporting to clients to ensure pre-settled claim damages are completed.

👩 ⚖️Put together document bundles to support in-house counsel writing POC.

👩 ⚖️Issuing claims under Part 7 and Part 8.

👩 ⚖️Taking court directions and instructions.

👩 ⚖️Liaising with counsel and instructing in instances where claims go to court.

👩 ⚖️Handling breaches of settlement agreements and courts orders.

Relevant experience:

💫A very strong understanding of Part 7 and Part 8.

💫At least 1 year of experience in civil litigation- ideally within breach of contract or HDR.
