SOLICITOR- DRAFTING
Location: Manchester (M2) /Liverpool (L2)
Salary: £45,000-65,000
Position Overview:
The opportunity to work for a well-established and innovative firm, focused on employee value and retention. Based in Manchester or Liverpool, you\’ll be working with the team to draft important documents. There may be opportunities for advocacy but this is dependent on experience and need.
Role & Responsibilities:
- With a focus on Housing Conditions, you will primarily be drafting Particulars of Claim and Replies to Defence alongside the team.
- Assisting fee earners with queries and assessing files.
- Drafting Counter Claims.
- Advocacy- DOE.
Experience:
- Grade A billing qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX.
- A very strong understanding of drafting and the Civil Procedure Rules.
- A great understanding of the law regarding tenancy agreements and contract law.
